Summer Camp Registration

** PLEASE NOTE: Open enrollment for summer camp for all weeks is now CLOSED. No additional registrations purchased will be accepted without prior discussion directly with us via email or text. We encourage returning families to reach out about enrollment for weeks 1 and 2. **

This is the required registration and waivers for Forest & Farm Summer Camp 2024. Each individual child needs to have these forms filled out about them, however each family only needs to purchase one online registration to download the forms. Only one registration is needed per family for the whole summer.

You will pay the weekly camp costs as cash, check, Venmo, or Facebook pay or you can pay online w/3% card fee.

The $20 registration fee goes towards starting each child out right with basic supplies such as field notebooks.

Upon purchase you will be able to download the registration form to fill out about your child and family and return to info@amadeusfarm.com before the start of camp. The more information we receive and the earlier we receive it the easier it will be to make accommodations if needed. Please send us your information as soon as possible.
